Chorlton Pride is on Saturday 12 September 2026, in the grounds of St Clement's Church on Edge Lane in Chorlton-cum-Hardy, M21 9AE. Entry is free, and the raffle in the late afternoon is what pays for the next one. The date and the place are on our Chorlton Pride event page.
The line-up for 2026 is timed from noon to a quarter to five, on one stage in the churchyard.

Stalls around the churchyard are taken by local community groups and by food and drink traders. The Edge Theatre on Manchester Road is a partner and runs its own programme through the day and the evening, with its cafe bar open. The theatre had not published that programme when this was written.
Getting in and getting around
The ground is flat, the church hall has wheelchair access and there are accessible toilets. A quiet space is signposted and stays open for the whole festival. Well behaved dogs on leads are welcome in the grounds, though not in the hall unless they are assistance dogs.
Manchester, and what else is on
Chorlton is south of the city centre and this is a neighbourhood Pride, not the city one. The nightlife is in the Gay Village around Canal Street, and we list sixteen places in Manchester, among them Cruz 101, Via Manchester, The Thompsons Arms and Eagle Manchester. Queer Lit is the queer bookshop, and Basement Complex the sauna.
