Maspalomas Winter Pride Runs from 2 to 8 November and the Pride Walk Starts at 16:00 on the 7th

Maspalomas Winter Pride runs from Monday 2 to Sunday 8 November 2026 in Playa del Inglés on Gran Canaria. The organisers have published most of the week on winterpride.com under the motto "Proud in Paradise". Here is what is fixed so far.

The Pride Walk on Saturday

The Pride Walk is on Saturday 7 November. A pre-party starts at 15:00 at the Hotel Abora Catarina, the walk sets off from there at 16:00 and ends at the Yumbo Centrum, where the after-party begins at 18:00. Walking is free and needs no registration. Places on the two floats are ticketed. The organisers have not published the streets for 2026. In 2025 the march covered about 1.5 kilometres along the Avenida de Tirajana to the Yumbo, according to Canarias Ahora, which put the turnout at around 40,000.

The rest of the week

The main pool party is called Tropicana this year and takes place on Friday 6 November at Ocean Club Maspalomas. Cascada, DJ Aron and Julien de Bomerani are on the bill. It is ticketed, and some of the group packages are already sold out.

Two boat trips run on both Wednesday 4 and Thursday 5 November. The men-only trip on a three-deck catamaran lasts from 14:15 to 18:30. The Gay Boat Cruise leaves Puerto Rico harbour at 15:30 and returns at 18:30, with a bus from the Yumbo included.

The daytime programme starts at the Yumbo too. There is padel on Tuesday and Thursday morning, a mountain paella lunch on Monday, sea kayaking at sunset on Tuesday, canyoning and a vineyard tour on Wednesday and a day trip to Las Palmas on Thursday. Most tours pick up at the Yumbo square. The via ferrata on Monday is sold out.

Pride Stars, a talent contest with a cash prize, closes the week on the main stage on Sunday 8 November. The acts announced for 2026 also include Technotronic, Baccara, Bucks Fizz, Tara McDonald, La Voix and Divina de Campo. The organisers have not yet said who plays on which night.

Getting there and going out

From Gran Canaria airport, bus line 66 runs to Faro de Maspalomas once an hour and takes about 40 minutes. A taxi takes about half an hour.

The week is busy for the bars and clubs as well. Our Maspalomas guide lists 86 places, among them Club Kiki, Mantrix and Tom's Cruising Bar, and hotels such as Axel Beach Maspalomas and the Birdcage Resort.

Spain scores 88.7 of 100 on ILGA-Europe's Rainbow Index for 2026, the highest of the 49 countries it ranks.
