The Aosta Pride parade gathers at 14:30 on Saturday 26 September 2026 in piazza Arco d'Augusto, beside the Roman arch. Our event page for Aosta Pride has the date, the meeting point and what the organisers have arranged along the route.
The march goes through the middle of town by way of piazza Chanoux and finishes in the Jardin de l'Autonomie at the University of Valle d'Aosta. Two floats go with it. The second is given over to EuroPride Torino 2027, which is the thread running through this edition: Aosta Pride is part of the network of Piedmont and Valle d'Aosta Prides working towards it. The drag duo Karma B are the reines of the parade, Cristy McBacon presents, and the choir Les Genevoix, the Tamtando marching band and La cricca delle Drag Queen perform along the way. The night ends at the Bionda after-party at the Discoteca Fashion in Quart, outside the city.
Nine events run in the week before the parade, from 19 to 25 September, all of them free and some of them needing a place booked in advance. On 22 September the Teatro Plus on via Garibaldi shows Cinequeer, an evening of short films put together with Turin's Lovers Film Festival. The 23rd is the busiest day: a talk for school students with an anthropologist in the morning, the sound installation "Caro diario: frammenti di vita in cuffia" at the university from 15:00 to 19:00, and a discussion on family rights, "Il diritto di essere famiglie", at 18:00. On 25 September Karma B bring their show "Cominciamo male e addio buoni propositi" to the Teatro Giacosa on via Xavier de Maistre. The full programme is on the organisers' site, and the whole thing runs under the patronage of the city of Aosta, the regional equality councillor, CELVA and the university.
EuroPride itself reaches Turin from 18 to 26 June 2027, after the European Pride Organisers Association picked the city in November 2024. Turin is about two hours from Aosta by road, which makes the valley a plausible base for anyone going to it.
