The sixth Bi+ demonstration through Hamburg city centre is on Saturday 19 September 2026. People gather at Lange Reihe 101 to 99 in St. Georg from 11:30, there are short opening words at 12:00, and the march leaves at about 12:30. The closing rally is in front of the Europapassage and the organisers expect to be finished around 15:30. The route and the rally stops are on our event page for Bi+Pride Hamburg 2026.
The start point is the same as last year and the route has been altered slightly again. Anyone who finds the whole walk too long can join at Jungfernstieg and go straight to the closing rally. The organisers call the route level and low barrier to the best of their knowledge, two sign language interpreters walk with it, and a sound system carries the speeches, the moderation and the music.
The demonstration is the middle of a week rather than the whole of it. Two workshops are free and both need registration in advance. Mentale Gesundheit stärken: für bi+ Personen und Queers runs on Monday 21 September from 18:30 to 20:00 in the Seminarraum Fuck Yeah at Valentinskamp 34a, and Serien mit bi+ Charakteren im Wandel der Zeit runs online on Sunday 27 September at the same time. On 23 September, Bisexuality Day, the organisers arrange flag raisings in several German cities.
The speaker list for the rallies is already published. Maik Brückner, a member of the Bundestag and queer policy spokesperson for Die Linke, is on it, as is Frank Thies, who started Bi+Pride. So are BiNe, the German bisexual network, CSD verteidigen Nord and the Schwestern der Perpetuellen Indulgenz. The queer department of the University of Hamburg has been invited, and the rally ends with an open microphone.
The reason the day exists on its own date, months after Hamburg's CSD, is that bi+ people get read as either gay or straight inside the queer scene as much as outside it.
