Ede Pride takes three days, Friday 2 to Sunday 4 October 2026, and Stichting Ede Pride has published the full programme. Our event page describes the Pride itself. Here is what happens when.
Friday: the Pride Walk after dark
The walk gathers at Astrant on the Kuiperplein at 19:15 and sets off at 19:30. It covers about two kilometres through the centre of Ede, stops along the way for speeches, and is back at around 21:30. Because it is dark by then, the organisers ask everyone to bring a light or a lantern. Sign language interpreters (NGT) walk with it.
Saturday: market, talks and a dinner show
From 11:00 to 17:00 the Oude Kerkplein holds an information and art market with street art, music and readings by the poetry collective Woordkunst Ede. A seminar tent runs a conversation about faith at 11:00, a comedy set at 12:30 and a lecture at 14:00. The seminars are also streamed.
In the evening the programme moves back to Astrant. The dinner show starts at 18:00, with doors at 17:45: a three-course vegetarian menu with music from Moonloops and Luna. It needs its own ticket, sold by Astrant. The afterparty runs in the same building from 20:00 to midnight.
Sunday: a service at Cultura
The weekend ends from 13:30 to 15:00 at Cultura on the Molenstraat with a service on faith and transgender lives, titled "Wondermooi gemaakt".
Getting around
The organisers have written up accessibility in detail. Every part of the programme works with a wheelchair, a mobility scooter or a rollator, and wheelchair-accessible portable toilets stand by the market and by Astrant. For a break from the noise they suggest the big church next to the market, which stays quiet inside, the town park in good weather, or the library area at Cultura. Everything sits within walking distance in the centre, and buses from Ede-Centrum station stop close by.
Ede for a visitor
We do not list any venues in Ede. The programme uses its own spaces: Astrant for the walk, the dinner and the party, the Oude Kerkplein for the market, Cultura for the service.
