The Utrecht Queer Culture Festival runs for ten days and puts on more than a hundred things: exhibitions, workshops, parties, lectures, performances and walks.
Three items come back every edition. The Dirkje Kuik lecture, the Annie Brouwer-Korf prize for a queer initiative in the city, and the Walk of Love, a demonstration that crosses Utrecht behind a very long rainbow flag.
This edition adds a second Queer Health Conference and a photo exhibition marking twenty five years since the Netherlands opened marriage to same sex couples. The festival is built around Coming Out Day.
