How Madrid's Masturbation Club for Men Works, and How a Visitor Gets In

Madrid has saunas, cruising bars and darkrooms like any big gay city. It also has something few European cities have: a club built around one practice only. Pajas entre Colegas, PeC for short, is a registered non-profit association in Argüelles that holds scheduled masturbation sessions for men, with a door policy, a code of conduct and staff who enforce it. This guide explains how it works and what a visitor has to do to get in. Most of it comes from the club's public calendar and from what the association told us in writing on 1 November 2026.

From a blog to a club room

PeC began in 2013 as a blog on masturbation technique, written to get men talking about the subject without embarrassment. Small private gatherings followed in 2015. In 2018 the founders travelled to the United States to see how the established jack-off clubs in New York and San Francisco are run, and in March 2022 the association opened its own room in Madrid, on the ground floor of a residential building on Calle del Marqués de Urquijo.

The association says the hardest part was prejudice, above all the assumption that sex between men has to involve penetration or says something fixed about a person's orientation. El Español reported in November 2023 on how quickly the club had gained members in its first years.

What a session looks like

PeC is not open every day. It runs dated events, and each one has a check-in hour before it starts; anyone who arrives after the check-in closes does not get in. The November 2026 calendar shows the pattern: regular Friday nights from 21:00 to 23:30 with check-in from 20:00, Sunday evening sessions, a Wednesday afternoon "after work" slot, a themed night, a film night and an introductory tantra workshop run with a partner group. Each event has its own page on the calendar, and places are booked there in advance.

What happens inside is masturbation, alone, in pairs or in a group, and nothing else. That is the whole idea, and it is why the club insists it is neither a sauna nor a cruising venue.

The rules, and who enforces them

Everyone accepts the code of conduct before their first visit. Its main points, as the association listed them:

  • personal boundaries and consent come first, and nobody is touched without asking;
  • no oral sex and no penetration at any event;
  • no phones, no photos and no filming during a session;
  • privacy, hygiene and discretion about who was there;
  • no pressure on anyone to do anything.

Organisers and authorised staff control the door and watch the room. Someone who breaks a rule is warned or asked to leave, and serious or repeated cases are barred from later events. Several anonymous reviews on the club's calendar mention the security at the entrance, mostly to say it felt reassuring once inside.

Who goes

PeC is for adult men, and its site names trans men explicitly. It is not a gay club in the narrow sense: gay, bisexual and straight men take part, as do men who use no label at all. An earlier count by the association put gay members at about two thirds, but it says that figure is too old to be taken as current. The club's own line is that sharing the experience with other men does not define anyone's orientation.

Getting in as a visitor

Because PeC is a private association, you cannot buy a ticket at the door. You become a member first, and that is done online. For travellers there is an introductory membership called Pajillero Novato: 30 euros for 30 days, with one standard session included and each further standard session in that time at 15 euros. It can be taken once per person and ends by itself after 30 days, so nobody visiting for a weekend signs up for a year or has anything to cancel at home.

The club's membership page sets out every option side by side, and Pajillero Novato can be booked directly online; the account is created in the same step.

Before the first session you also pass an age and identity check, accept the code of conduct and book a place on a specific date. Do this before the trip, not on the evening itself, and check the calendar first, since the number of sessions changes from week to week.

The edging sessions

Apart from the group events, PeC offers individual sessions on edging and arousal control, along with relaxing and lingam massage. They are given by a volunteer the club calls its Sensei, who has a nursing qualification; the club's page about him is clear that these are recreational sessions for adults and not health care. Each type of session has its own description, duration, price and limits, the participant can pause or stop at any time, and nothing particular is promised. Appointments are booked one at a time through the same calendar. The club does not train or accredit other practitioners.

Before you go

  • Take out Pajillero Novato and book your session a few days ahead, with ID ready for the check.
  • Be there within the check-in hour, which is printed on every event page.
  • Expect to put your phone away for the whole session.
  • The address and opening dates are on our Pajas entre Colegas page.
