After I posted my review, the online store contacted me. Since no employee knows what happened to my order and whether it was ever sent (!), they decided to refund my payment.
I will not lose my money, but this was not my goal when I made a purchase in this store.
This review concerns only the online shop, not the physical store in Barcelona.
Also, none of their messages went to my spam folder — I simply did not receive any reply to my emails.

ONLINE SHOP absolutely not recommended!
I placed an online order on 28.01. Until today (06.02) I have not received the ordered items and I have not received the GLS tracking number that was supposed to be provided.
I sent two emails – no reply. When I call the Spanish phone number, only an automatic answering machine responds, even though I called during your stated working hours.
If there is no response from your side within 48 hours, I will report this case to the police as fraud and request a payment chargeback from my bank and put the recipient on a warning list.
For reference: my order receipt number is 1580-4808.
I ordered a tee online. Unfortunately it arrived damaged. There were some cuts in it. I requested a return and refund.
They did not accept the return because of the damage, since they claimed I caused it my self while unboxing. This is just illegal by Spanish law. Spanish consumer protection law clearly sais the seller has to provide evidence, since this risk lies with the seller.
Damages like this could happen in their whole warehouse.
Guess I found the reason they do not accept PayPal payments.
Customer service for online purchases is simply bad. The item I ordered in their webshop was defective. Boxer kept insisting that I pay the cost of shipping it back to them. It took four days and two emails to convince them that paying the shipping cost is their responsibility. They initially offered a voucher for my next purchase as compensation for the shipping cost, but that is of no use - I am not buying here again.
Top price and very low quality- Everything I’ve bought from this company has only lasted -a few wears - definitely not made to last
