About this Event
Hallingdal Pride brings a Pride parade to Gol, the small mountain town in the Hallingdal valley between Oslo and Bergen. This is the fifth year the valley has held one, and the anniversary edition falls on World Mental Health Day.
The parade starts in Gol town centre. The organisers sum up the idea in one line: to be well, you have to be able to be yourself, and everyone is welcome. The event is run by the local Hallingdal Pride group together with FRI Oslo og Viken, the regional branch of Norway's national LGBTQ+ organisation, and more programme is due to be added around the parade.
