About this Event
Penzance Pride is one of the town Prides that Cornwall Pride puts on across the county through the year. The march starts on Market Jew Street, by Peacocks, and comes down to the seafront, where the rest of the day is held on the promenade with Mount's Bay in front of it.
The programme is singers, comedians, dancers and drag performers, with information stalls from local organisations, a bar and food vendors alongside. Safe and quiet spaces are set aside on the site for anyone who wants one.
It is free and no ticket is needed. Cornwall Pride is a registered charity and works with the county's bus and rail operators, so the day is reachable from the rest of Cornwall without a car.
