Dumfries Pride 2026

Dumfries Pride is the Pride of Dumfries and Galloway, a region covering a long stretch of south west Scotland with no large city in it. The day is built around a march through the town followed by a free festival that runs on into the afternoon.

A programme of fringe events runs in the days either side at venues around the town, bars in the centre among them, so the Pride is closer to a week than to a single afternoon.

The organising team changed for 2026. It now runs under a local queer collective working with a Dumfries community organisation, rather than under the LGBT+ charity that carried it before.
