Cumbria Pride 2026

Cumbria Pride is the county's Pride and is held in Carlisle at the Box Arena on Portland Place. It is run by a registered charity that works across Cumbria for the rest of the year.

The main event is an afternoon of live music and cabaret, all of it indoors. An information market opens earlier in the day with tables from local services, health organisations and community groups, and an over 18s after party follows in the evening.

Admission is free, but the arena has a capacity, so tickets are claimed in advance. Cumbria is large and rural and its towns are a long way apart, which makes this one of the few days in the year the county's scene is in one room.
