Sauna Nordik

Nordik is the only gay sauna in Zaragoza and it is men only. It is on Calle Vidal de Canellas, west of the centre, roughly a bus ride from the old town.

The layout is built round a heated pool with bubble jets, and there is a Finnish room with dry heat and a Turkish steam room next to it. Beyond that: private cabins, a lounge with television and video, and a bar. Entry covers a locker, two towels, slippers and a condom, and there is wifi and a rack of newspapers.

The house rules are posted and they are specific. Shower before using anything. Towel and flip-flops in the sauna and steam room. Fifteen minutes at a stretch in the sauna, no longer. Nothing to eat or drink inside them. No smoking and no vaping anywhere on the premises. Filming or photographing the rooms, the staff or other guests is forbidden outright, and anyone visibly drunk or on drugs is put out. Over 18s only.
