Torremolinos Pride runs for the best part of a fortnight and takes over the town centre. The Plaza Costa del Sol, the Avenida Palma de Mallorca and the Centro Cultural Pablo Ruiz Picasso each carry part of the programme. Most of it sits in La Nogalera, the pedestrian precinct that holds the town's gay bars and clubs.
The march is the central act. It sets off from the town hall and ends at the Centro Cultural Pablo Ruiz Picasso, where the town's LGBTIQ+ associations read the manifesto before the night's concerts. Around it sit a family diversity day, a heel race, a pet show, film, sport and talks.
The Ayuntamiento de Torremolinos organises the Pride and publishes the programme. The town bid to host EuroPride 2027 and the European association's vote went to Turin, so this is Torremolinos' own edition.
