EXITO is the gay club for the south of Tenerife, in the Verónicas 2 centre on the Playa de las Américas strip, next door to the Papagayo beach club. It is a small, low-ceilinged room rather than a big dance floor, and it stays quiet until late.
The nights run to drag shows, go-go dancers and resident DJs, and there is a darkroom at the back. Cruising is signed at the door, though in practice the crowd is mixed and plenty of women come along on the busier nights.
The room ran under two earlier names before it became EXITO, so the club is older than the sign suggests. It draws a mostly visiting crowd, which is what the strip brings.
