Sauna Spartacus is in Palma's old town and has been running for over thirty years, which makes it the fixture of the city's gay scene that everything else is measured against.
The layout is the classic one: a bar at the entrance, lockers, a Finnish sauna and a steam room, a heated pool, relaxation cabins, a room with XXX video and a darkroom. Massage is available. Public parking is a short walk away, which is worth knowing in that part of town.
The house rules are posted and meant seriously: over eighteens only, no entry under the influence of drink or drugs, safer sex expected, and no prostitution. The sauna describes its own atmosphere as friendly and discreet.
