Twins Chill Out is a lounge bar a few streets off Avinguda de Joan Miró, open since 2006 and laid out with low seating and cushions rather than tables in rows. There is a VIP corner that can be reserved.
Shisha is a large part of what it does, alongside cocktails, tapas and a short list of desserts. The room is dark and warm and the point is to sit for a few hours, not to pass through on the way somewhere. The bar calls itself a refuge in the city.
