Discoteca Olympo is a gay club on Calle Campoamor, a few doors from Neo Versache's. The two of them are most of what Oviedo's gay nightlife amounts to, which makes the block easy to work in one evening.
Drag is the house speciality. Shows run at weekends with performers from across Asturias and guests brought in from further afield, and the club has hosted the AsturDragFest. Between shows it is a straightforward dance floor, with karaoke on some nights and the occasional live act.
The crowd is mixed rather than exclusively gay, and mostly Asturian. Nothing starts early here; the room does not really turn over until well after midnight.
