Tropical la Zona is a men-only bungalow resort in Playa del Ingles, laid out among palms and gardens rather than stacked in a block. Twenty-four one-bedroom bungalows, two with two bedrooms, and one studio.
The pool is heated and ringed with loungers, and there is a pool bar, a jacuzzi and an open-air gym. Nudism is allowed across the whole complex, and there is a cruising area. Reception doubles as the bar, and massage can be booked.
Each bungalow has its own kitchen, satellite television, a safe, a ceiling fan and a furnished private terrace. Washing machines and courtesy showers are shared. The Yumbo Centre and the beach are both about five minutes on foot, and there is on-street parking nearby.
