Basement Studios is a men-only, adults-only cruising resort in Playa del Inglés, on Avenida de Estados Unidos beside the Yumbo Centrum. It calls itself a place created by gay men for gay men, built around naked cruising and sexual freedom, and it is also open to day visitors.
There are six units, five bungalows and a studio, set around a pool with sun loungers, palms and a lawn. Each has its own bathroom, a kitchen and a terrace or door onto the pool. Three sit on a raised terrace on the Yumbo side, three at pool level on the side of the cruising area, and most of them have a sling. Two are wheelchair accessible.
The resort holds its own parties and takes part in the fetish events that come to Maspalomas.
