Parrots Pub is the Gran Canaria outpost of the bar of the same name in Sitges, on the ground floor of the Yumbo Centrum. The room is fitted out in a modern style with low ambient lighting rather than the bright signage most of its neighbours use.
The drinks list runs to around fifty cocktails alongside beers and the usual spirits. It draws a steady share of residents rather than living only off the holiday trade, which shows in how full it is outside the peak weeks.
Its terrace faces the plaza, in the row alongside Mardi Gras, Fiction and Zaza.
