Firewood is a sex bar for gay men in Madrid's La Latina neighbourhood, a short walk from the metro station of the same name. The dress code is nudity, underwear or a jockstrap, with fetish wear welcome at the door's discretion, and closed shoes are required.
Inside, a 250 square metre dark room is split into two areas, with large beds, tantra chairs, bunk beds and slings. Individual lockers are available, along with toilets adapted for intimate hygiene, and condoms and lubricant are given out free.
The bar runs themed events through the year and keeps its own Telegram channel for announcements and for links to related sites.
