Instinto is a gay bar on Calle General Vives, a few streets back from Playa de las Canteras in the Santa Catalina district of the capital. Its own site calls it a bar de ambiente gay that is open to all audiences.
Drag shows run regularly, alongside DJ nights, shisha and a short food menu. Part of the bar can be reserved for groups of ten to twenty people, so birthdays and stag parties turn up here often.
The show programme is announced on the bar's Instagram rather than on its website, so look there before planning an evening around a performance.
