Casa Don Juan is a small guest house on Carrer de la Santa Faç, which is the street most of Benidorm's gay bars are on. It is a converted town house with a handful of rooms rather than a hotel, and it has long been the address gay visitors to the old town book first.
Rooms are plain and air conditioned. The building has no restaurant and no pool, which is the trade for standing where it stands: the bars of Carrer de la Santa Faç, Carrer d'Alacant and Plaça de la Constitució are all a minute or two away on foot, and Levante beach is a short walk downhill.
Because it sits on the noisiest street in the old town, a room at the back is worth asking about.
