Babylon is a small hostal on Carrer d'Alacant, one of the two streets that carry Benidorm's old town gay village. It is usually called a hotel, though it is officially registered as a pension.
Rooms are double or twin, en suite, with balconies. There is a roof terrace with loungers, sofas and a full bar, and an air-conditioned bar downstairs that also does breakfast and light meals. WiFi is free in the rooms and the bars. Staff speak English and Spanish, and dogs are welcome.
The downstairs bar stays open to non-residents, so it draws people from the village as well as guests.
