Sauna Basaky is a men's sauna on Calle Murcia, a few streets back from Alicante's central market. It calls itself the only gay sauna in the city.
The facilities are a dry sauna, a steam room and a jacuzzi, plus cabins and a lounge area. The venue presents itself as a spa as much as a cruising sauna, and the fit-out reflects that: warm lighting, wood, more comfort than the usual bare tiling.
Themed events run on some weekends. The clientele is local and mixed in age.
