Dronningens gate 15 has been a nightclub since 2001, first as Metro and then as Me Nightclub, and under both of those names it was a queer venue. It was renamed Underground in spring 2026, when the management said it wanted to open the doors wider without closing them for anyone.
The programme is karaoke, live shows and DJ nights across pop, house and dance. It works as a pub and as a club in the same room, and the house line is that you can start early here and stay late. The bar describes itself as an inclusive place and a safe room for everyone.
Much of Trondheim Pride's nightlife still happens here: the kickoff, a rainbow night, queer salsa, Pride karaoke, a party for younger guests and the closing Pride party. There is an age limit of twenty.
