Dyke March Italia 2026

03 Oct 2026 | Rome, Italy

About this Event

The Dyke March is Italy's lesbian march, and this is the second edition. The first one took the streets of Rome in April 2025 and was the first march of its kind the country had held, with thousands walking in it.

It is built from the bottom up: no hierarchy, no staff, no sponsors, paid for by the people who support it. The organisers keep it apart from the commercial Pride circuit on purpose, and describe the march as antifascist, anticlerical, antiracist and antiimperialist.

It is a march for lesbians, women, bi and queer women and non binary people who do not recognise themselves in the heterosexual norm, and it is about lesbian visibility, rights and self determination. Allies walk in it too. The key visual for this edition came out of an open call to queer artists.
