Giugliano in Campania holds its first Pride. The town sits north of Naples and has never had a march of its own.
It was not announced ready made. The organisers called a public assembly in a bookshop on Piazza Gramsci and asked associations, local groups and residents to help decide what the day would be. A committee formed out of those meetings is running it.
For a town with no Pride behind it, the argument is the march itself.
