About this Event
The sixth CSD Stendal runs under the motto "Wähl Liebe, Stendal verbindet Vielfalt", choose love, Stendal connects diversity. It is put on by CSD Stendal, a regional group of CSD Magdeburg e. V.
The market square is the centre of the day. The opening rally is held there, the demonstration goes through the old town, and the closing rally and the stage programme come back to the same square. A church service for the CSD is held at St. Marien as part of the day.
Stendal is a Hanseatic town in the Altmark, north of Magdeburg, and its CSD is a political demonstration with a street programme around it rather than a city Pride with a parade route of its own.
