About this Event
Schweinfurt's CSD is run by the association that organises Pride across eastern Lower Franconia, which also puts on the CSD in Haßfurt. A demonstration and a stage programme fill the day, and the evening carries on in the bar of the Stattbahnhof, the cultural centre in the city's former goods station.
The aftershow is billed for queers and allies together, entry is free and two DJs play.
The day is assembled by people from the region rather than by a promoter. The association recruits its volunteers through an open sign-up list covering both of its Prides, which is also the clearest sign of how small the organising core is against the size of the event.
