Der Boiler is Berlin's men's sauna, on Mehringdamm in Kreuzberg, roughly midway between the Kreuzberg and Schoeneberg scenes. It runs across three floors and about 1,500 square metres.
The facilities cover the full bathhouse format: a Finnish sauna at 90 degrees with regular infusions, a steam room, a large whirlpool, darkrooms, private cabins, showers and lockers. There is a bar and a food counter, and massages are available. Themed evenings run through the month.
It is the only dedicated gay sauna in a city that otherwise puts its energy into sex clubs and backrooms, so it draws a broad mix: locals, visitors, and a wide age range. Note that construction work is scheduled for August 2026.
