Sportswear & Lycra is a men-only locker-room night at Quälgeist, with sportswear as the dress code: sox and sneakers, football kit, spandex, neoprene, winter sports gear or motocross, hockey and American football protection.
The play area has mats and a punching bag, and boxing gloves and head protection can be borrowed.
