NPT Pride is the Pride of Neath Port Talbot, organised by a local LGBTQIA+ charity, and this year it moves to the seafront at Aberavon in the middle of November. The day starts with a parade along the promenade, then the Aberavon Beach Hotel on Princess Margaret Way takes over with a line-up of performers into the evening.
The organisers say the later part of the programme is aimed at adults, so families with children are asked to use their own judgement about staying into the evening.
The parade runs on the open seafront facing Swansea Bay, so in November it is worth dressing for the wind.
