Regulation is a fetish shop for men on Bateman Street in Soho. The company dates from 1991 and makes much of its own latex and leather clothing in a workshop in north London, alongside bondage gear and gay sex toys from other brands.
The shop is licensed as a sex shop and spread over two levels. Rubber and leather hang on black steel rails under red light, and there are large fitting rooms for trying things on. It also runs a made-to-measure service, with measurement appointments booked in advance, and orders placed online can be collected in the shop.
