Covent Garden Health Spa has been running on Endell Street since the mid-1980s and is a men-only sauna for gay and bi men. It is two minutes from Covent Garden station, which makes it the most central sauna in London.
The facilities run over several levels: dry sauna, steam room, spa pool, a wet room, a video room, private cubicles and a licensed bar. Professional massage is available, and the venue asks for those to be booked by phone rather than by email.
There is no membership scheme. You turn up and pay at the door.
