BeefMince has been the Royal Vauxhall Tavern's bear night since 2016 and bills itself as bear full and attitude free. The DJs play disco, house and electro rather than the chart fare a lot of bear nights fall back on, which is a large part of why it has lasted.

The door policy is that there is not one. Bears, cubs, chasers, women, trans and non binary people and anyone else are in, and that is worth knowing in advance because it is not true of every bear night in Europe. The room is friendly, crowded and unpretentious.

The same crew runs Boatmince on the Thames in late summer and larger one off parties at other London venues, so the RVT night is the regular fixture rather than the whole operation. The pub is on Kennington Lane, minutes from Vauxhall station.
