About

The Kings Arms is a traditional pub on Poland Street, at the Oxford Street end of Soho. It calls itself Soho's oldest gay bar and London's favourite bear bar, and the bear crowd is who fills it. The front is black with gold lettering, flower boxes along the top and a Pride flag above the door.

The pub runs its own bear programme: Bearaoke, a karaoke night it says has been going for more than 25 years, a bear quiz, dad rock bingo, and the Mr Bear London contest, whose winner goes on to Mr Bear UK. Resident and guest DJs play disco, house and electro at weekends.

It is a real ale pub with Cask Marque accreditation, shows sport on its screens, has a function area for private bookings and lets dogs in. Over-18s only.
