Freedom is a cocktail bar on Wardour Street with a club room in the basement, and it is the most polished-looking venue on the Soho scene. The ground floor does food and cocktails and is table-service in the evening. Downstairs is mirrored, pink-lit, and has a pole in the middle of the floor.
The basement runs cabaret, drag and DJ nights. It is a mixed room rather than a men-only one, and it draws a lot of groups and birthdays, which gives it a different feel from the pubs up the road.
Tables can be booked and walk-ins are taken when there is space. It is 18 and over.
