Viaduct Showbar calls itself Leeds' number one venue for cabaret, and it has run choreographed drag shows on Lower Briggate for more than twenty years. The room is built around a stage with tiered seating, and the drag cast performs full production numbers rather than the usual bar-night drag slot.
It's part of the same run of LGBTQ+ bars as Queens Court and Bar Fibre, in the heart of Leeds' Freedom Quarter, and the Briggate Hotel sits directly above it. The venue won a Community Impact award in 2026 recognising its role in the local LGBTQ+ scene.
