The Gloucester Festival of Pride is the main county Pride for Gloucestershire, run by the charity Pride in Gloucestershire. The same charity holds a second festival in Cheltenham in July.
The day starts with a Pride March through the city in the morning. The festival itself is in Gloucester Park, with a main stage, community zones, and food, drink and trader stalls. It opens with a quiet hour for people who want the site before the crowd and the volume arrive.
It comes at the end of a Pride Week of smaller events around the city.
