Polo Lounge

The Polo Lounge is the largest LGBTQ+ nightclub in Glasgow and the one most visitors end up in. It runs over two floors on Wilson Street with four rooms: the Polo Lounge itself, the Riding Room, the Polo Club and Club X.

Upstairs is a mezzanine lounge done out like a Victorian gentlemen's club, with a piano bar. Downstairs holds the dancefloor, playing pop, disco and party anthems, and the basement room Club X, which is the darker end of the building and has a reputation to match.

The rooms run different music, so the place absorbs a wide spread of tastes and ages under one roof. It calls itself Scotland's premier LGBTQ+ nightclub.
