About this Event
Glitter Pride is the Pride of Glitter Cymru, a Cardiff charity for LGBTQ+ people from global majority backgrounds. The group began in 2016 as a monthly meet-up and still runs one.
The Pride is an indoor event at the Temple of Peace in Cathays Park, the civic centre of Cardiff. It is a stage programme in a hall and has no march through the city. Recent editions have had music, dance, comedy and drag from new and established performers, speakers from the community, and food served to everyone who came.
It is a separate event from Pride Cymru, which takes place in Cardiff earlier in the summer.
