The Old Market Tavern is a traditional pub on Old Market Street, in the middle of Bristol's Old Market quarter. It describes itself as an old style pub with a new world attitude and a safe space for all.
Inside there is plenty of seating and sofas rather than a dancefloor, and behind the pub a sheltered garden that catches the sun. Food is served, and the pub runs a Pride quiz once a month along with its own events.
It is one of three queer pubs a couple of minutes apart in Old Market, with Bristol Bear Bar and Old Castle Green making up the rest.
