The Grosvenor Bar

The Grosvenor sits on Western Street, well away from the Kemptown bars and towards the Hove end of the seafront, which gives it a different feel: quieter, more neighbourhood, and full of people who live nearby. The interior is art deco and recently refurbished.

Drag is what the bar is built around, and the shows run often enough that regulars plan their week by them. There is also a bingo night. Booking a table for a show is sensible, because the room is not large.

Dogs are welcome and get treats and water. The bar also hosts a regular social for local independent traders.
