Bar Broadway

Bar Broadway is a corner bar on Steine Street, a few steps off St James's Street, built entirely around musical theatre. Show tunes play on a big screen through the day and the room joins in without much encouragement.

It is small, around fifty people at capacity, and the crowd is mixed rather than strictly gay. Cabaret and drag brunches run regularly, and the singalongs get louder as the night goes on.

A second room called Off Broadway sits within the same building and can be hired privately. It has its own stage, dance floor, bar and DJ booth, and takes up to fifty people, so it gets used for parties with drag hosts, live singers or DJs.
