Paragonya is the largest gay sauna in Zurich, around 600 square metres over two floors on Mühlegasse in the old town.

The wet side has a sauna that runs mild as a bio sauna at about 55 degrees with high humidity and can be turned up to Finnish heat between 90 and 100 degrees with regular infusions. Alongside it are a steam bath with changing essential oils, a large whirlpool, a cold plunge pool, experience showers, and warm and cold foot basins.

The cruising side has a labyrinth, dark rooms, glory hole cabins, a sling and a St Andrew's cross. There are discreet rest cabins with condoms and lubricant provided free of charge, and a video area with a large selection.

The lounge and bar do non-alcoholic drinks, wine, champagne, coffee and tea, with small dishes made fresh. Entry includes a lockable locker and a towel for indoors, and hairdryer, hair gel and body lotion are out for guests. The house makes a point of hygiene and has the whirlpool water tested several times a day.
