Apollo is the oldest gay sauna in Zurich, on Seilergraben in the old town and about five minutes on foot from the main station.
It is a small place laid out over two floors. The lower floor holds a dry sauna, a steam bath, the bar and the cabin area, with a video section alongside. The upper floor is given over to resting. There is a dark room.
It is the modest one among the city's saunas, without the size of the club-style places a few streets away, and it sits close enough to the station to work as a stop between trains.
