Heaven Club

Heaven is Zurich's queer nightclub, on Spitalgasse in the Niederdorf and a few doors from the old Barfuesser rooms. It is the one address in the city that runs as a queer club in its own right rather than as a queer night in somebody else's room.

The programme moves across pop nights, Latin nights, 90s and 2000s parties, Balkan nights, karaoke and hyperpop, with resident and guest DJs alongside drag performers. The club runs its own drag competition and puts on public viewings.

There is a dancefloor and bar plus two lounge areas that can be reserved, the smaller for around eight to ten people and the larger for eleven to fifteen. The club describes itself as a cultural home for Zurich's queer community and a safe space open to everyone regardless of orientation or identity.
