Geneva Pride is the Marche des Fiertés de Genève, and in 2027 it is also the Pride romande, the Pride of French-speaking Switzerland, which moves between the cities of the Romandie rather than staying in one of them.
It comes back to Geneva for the thirtieth anniversary, because the first Pride romande took the streets of this city in 1997, out of the Chez Brigitte squat and bar. The organisers have built a week around the march to mark it.
The motto plays on Geneva's own, Post Tenebras Lux, after darkness light. Post Tenebras Touxtes turns the light into everybody, using the French inclusive form, which tells you most of what you need to know about the tone of the thing.
